Zusammenfassung: | In the framework of this thesis the thin-layered mortar system of the original renaissance wall structure of the Brömserhof in Rüdesheim am Rhein was investigated with selected methods, moreover, specific values were determined. The clay straw plaster with a maximum thickness of 2 cm and the hair mortar laying on top of it, with a maximum thickness of up to 0,5 cm, were reconstructed as bonding objects. In addition, further test specimen with two auxiliary masses investigated by the Landesamt für Denkmalpflege Hessen. The selection of the applied analyses was carried out considering the climatic conditions at Brömserhof and the mechanical stress of the plaster. Investigations, which were conducted in situ and on the specimes were the capillary water uptake (Mirowski method), the drilling resistance and the resistance to peeling. Further investigations that were exclusively carried out on the specimen were the tensile adhesive strength, the water vapor diffusion resistance, the shrinkage and the Youngs´s modulus. The estimated values of the analyses on the original wall structure were compared with those of the produced specimen and evaluated. The aim of this theis was to figure out, if the established and partly standardized methods of mortar investigations can be applied to thin-layered mortar systems. Therefor, the multi-layer structure of the original wall at the Brömserhof in Rüdesheim am Rhein was reconstructed through specimen, and investigation methods for thin-layered mortar systems were chosen and tested. The results of the additional determinaton of the material characteristics and the various analyses of the different materials use in Rüdesheim were conferred to the actual situation in situ and finally the applicability of the materials was discussed. |
