Abstract: | With the development of the internet in recent years, social media in particular has become increasingly important. Many industries have adapted their marketing accordingly and increasingly focus on various social media platforms. This thesis aims to discover how restoration presents itself on Instagram and what values are conveyed. With the help of an inventory and a key point analysis of posted contributions, it is worked out how well this platform is suitable for public relations in restoration and what the current situation is. Short interviews were also conducted to gain insights from restorers who actively engage in public relations work on Instagram. |
