Overview:

Abstract: The work deals with the community hall of the protestant church parish in Stuttgart-Sonnenberg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Selected wall designs and exposed concrete facades in the aforementioned building are examined and discussed. The examinations are then evaluated and damaged parts of the design are noted. Based upon the scrutinization of noted damage a concept for conservation, restoration and cleaning is developed and presented. The focus of the latter is on the proper integration of newer repairs aswell as the tactful handling of missing pieces of the remaining wall designs.
