| Abstract: | Inhalt dieser Arbeit ist eine theoretische Auseinandersetzung mit der Restaurierung elektronischer Musikinstrumente. Auf Basis historischer Recherchen zu Entstehung und Entwicklung der Instrumentengruppe, sowie eines wissenschaftlichen Hintergrundes aus den Bereichen der Musikinstrumenten- und Technikrestaurierung wird entlang eines Beispielinstruments erarbeitet, wie der Erhalt von elektronischen Musikinstrumenten aussehen könnte. Von besonderer Bedeutung sind dabei die Aussagen von Zeitzeugen zum Instrument und seiner Geschichte sowie die ausführliche fotografische Dokumentation im Anhang. Content of this work is the theoretical discussion of the restoration of electronic musical instruments. The basis is a historical research on the origin and development of this family of instruments. Through the exploration of the scientific background of the conservation of musical instruments and technical heritage an idea for the preservation of a sample instrument is developed. Of particular importance are the statements of eyewitnesses to the instruments construction and its history as well as the detailed photographic documentation in the appendix. |
