Abstract: This thesis deals with the relevance of the colonization from Stone with Trentepohlia sp. and thus resulting changes. The significant characteristics of Trentepohlia sp. will be under examination. Therefore count terms and conditions of growth, forms of decay and the options of removal from the biogenic facing. With different optical and metrological procedure like microscopy, histochemical staining, chlorophyll evidence and different compress the biogenic facing are under examination.
The deliverables provides a conservation handling with a biogenic facing from stone with Trentepohlia sp.. The resulting information's are detailed described in the accordant chapter.
